REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS

What does the warranty cover?

  • All of our eyewear, including spectacle frames, sunglasses, and prescription lenses, comes with a one-year warranty. Some premium and luxury eyewear items may come with a two-year warranty, so be sure to check with our opticians during your purchase.
  • Within this warranty period, we will replace any frame, lens, or sunglasses free of charge.
  • However, replacements are only provided in cases of manufacturing defects, such as lens coating peeling off or optical aberrations in the lenses or frame. The details of your product’s warranty will be explained by the optician at the time of your purchase or when the eyewear is dispensed.
  • While manufacturing defects are rare, if they do occur, please notify us within the warranty period to ensure that the warranty is valid.

What is excluded from the warranty?

  • The warranty does not cover replacement due to breakage of the frame or lenses.
  • It also does not apply to lens replacements if the prescription provided is incorrect, especially if the prescription was not issued by our clinic.
  • Additionally, lens replacements due to changes in your prescription power are not covered.
  • Lastly, the warranty does not cover lost frames or lenses.

What types of repairs are included?

  • We offer nose pad replacements unless the product has a unique construction or wasn’t purchased from our store.
  • Temple tips can be replaced, and we can also correct alignment issues after a thorough inspection of the product.
  • If lenses pop out due to improper handling, we will refit the existing lenses.
  • Guts replacement for half-rim frames, sunglasses, and some full frames is also covered, along with the replacement of missing screws.
  • In exceptional cases, we may consider other types of repairs, but this will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and you would need to visit our store to access this service.

We provide repair services free of charge, except in special cases where minimal fees
or actual costs may be applicable, depending on the supplier’s terms and conditions.
